Call for papers will open in January 2020

Building on the success of previous conferences, the 2020 event will cover aspects from across Electronic Warfare (EW), Electromagnetic Spectrum Management Operations, Cyber Electromagnetic Activities (CEMA), Information Operations (IO), and other information-related domains. Papers that explore the conference theme: Complex Electromagnetic Warfare and the Multi Domain Battle, will be particularly welcomed.

Authors will be required to identify which of the conference themes their paper addresses. These are used to help the Committee understand the authors' perspective in order to build a coherent agenda.

How to submit a paper

Once the call for papers opens, authors should submit high-quality abstracts by using the form provided on the event website.

Providing as much detail as possible and clearly describing the focus of your presentation and benefit to the electronic warfare community will greatly enhance your submission. Note that we require the development of a 2-page extended abstract upon abstract acceptance. An extended abstract is essentially a short paper that contain references, discussion of research, topic, etc. A good abstract submission can serve as the basis for the extended abstract.

The Chatham House Rule

"When a meeting, or part thereof, is held under the Chatham House Rule, participants are free to use the information received, but neither the identity nor the affiliation of the speaker(s), nor that of any other participant, may be revealed."

The Chatham House Rule is not in effect by default. Speakers retain the right, however, to invoke it at the beginning of their presentation whereupon it will last for the duration of that presentation only.

At no point is recording equipment of any kind permitted to be used in any conference room. This includes filming and audio recording. Photos are permitted provided there is no flash.
